1. Requirements: Our services are intended for the use of consenting adults only. You must be both of consenting age (18 in most states, 21 in some) and of consenting mind and wish to experience audiotext of an adult nature for the purposes of personal enjoyment. In addition adult services of any kind are illegal for anyone in some countries. We cannot place calls to these countries. You must consent to the reception of audiotext of an adult nature, whether recorded or live, including but not limited to noises of a sexual nature and adult language and situations. You are responsible for all equipment on the receiving end over which this audiotext is delivered. We are not responsible for garbled or inaudible service, whether over a cell or digital phone or over a cordless or corded phone connected through the traditional POTS. We are only responsible for the equipment over which the audiotext is initiated, including our professional operators who conduct all conversations over POTS and not over cell or digital phones. In addition you are responsible for the location to which the audiotext is delivered and, for maximum enjoyment, should order our service from a private location, isolated from any peripheral noises. We NOT responsible for any interruptions in service, such as peripheral noises or other outside disturbances that may occur during the delivery of our audiotext service (see our REFUND POLICY for more information.)

2. Refund policy: We do not charge if service has not been rendered. We will refund any charge that has already been processed either directly through us or through a third party processor (such as Ikobo) but PRIOR to service being rendered. However, once service is rendered, we do not refund charges for any reason! (Except for charges not authorized by the cardholder; see FRAUDULENT CHARGES for more information.) If you terminate the call prematurely, we will not refund any time left on the call. Note on Preauthorizations: If your call is billed by the minute, then we do not calculate the final charge until after service has been rendered at which time we will bill your credit card. In this case there is a preauthorization amount that will appear on your card and may count against your available credit, prior to service being rendered. This is NOT a charge but just an authorization and is temporary. It will drop off your card in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the financial institution that issued the card. This is not an actual charge and therefore cannot be refunded.

3. Fraudulent charges: We will work with anyone who has been charged fraudulently using a lost or stolen card or whose card was used for an unauthorized purchase by another member of the household. We will refund the disputed claim to the cardholder and will attempt to collect from the individual who initiated the transaction. We will investigate all such fraudulent charges and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. We maintain a database of all calls and the phone number and origination associated with each call as recorded by the phone company. We will also attempt to collect the final charge from the individual to whom service was actually rendered.

4. Service policy: All calls have either a minimum amount of time (for per-minute billed calls) or a maximum amount of time (for prespecified blocks of time) associated with that call. If you purchased a prespecified block of time, then the operator is expected to remain on the phone until a) you terminate the call or b) you reach the maximum time limit for that call. If you terminate the call prematurely, the remaining time will not be refunded for any reason. If the call is billed by the minute, you will be billed for the minimum amount of time for that call even if you terminate the call prematurely and will be billed at the per-minute rate for every minute during which service is rendered after the minimum is reached (see BILLING POLICY for more information about how we bill for our services.) In this case, the operator is expected to stay on the phone until you terminate the call, or until our maximum call time of 120 minutes is reached.

5. Billing policy: We bill our services based on each full minute or fraction of a minute during which a connection is maintained as indicated by our phone companies records. All fraction of a minute will be rounded up to the next full minute and your card will be billed for that time. If you have purchased a service billed by the minute, your card will still be billed for the minimum amount of time for the call (usually 10 minutes but cheaper per-minute rates may be available with a higher minimum call purchase) even if you terminate the call prematurely. If you continue using our service after the minimum call time is reached, your card will be billed for the actual number of minutes for which service is provided (as recorded by our phone company, all fractions of a minute rounded up to the next highest minute). If you purchase a prespecified block of time, your card will be charged the amount specified at purchase time, even if you terminate the call prematurely (see SERVICE POLICY for more information.)

6. Cookies: All websites operated by IBS Services, Inc. may use cookies solely for the purpose of monitoring website traffic and "visits" (a single user connecting to our servers over a specified time period set by the company as determined by a combination of cookies and ip addresses). We use this information to determine how to design our websites to best serve the needs of the customer and to better place our advertising resources. In addition, at times we may use third party tracking services to accomplish the same effect. In either case each visitor is completely anonymous and no personal information is stored or referenced at any time.

7. Data Security: The site has extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The latest SSL encrypted data methodology is used to process credit cards. Information is never sent unencrypted through the Internet. Customer Service personnel has limited access to customer data. In the case of credit cards, personnel can only view the last 4 digits of the customers credit card. Proper authorization is required of authorized staff to access customer information. All staff are made fully aware of security policy and practices. The web security in place to protect information sent over the Internet of our site is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, The site has employed the most updated server configurations to ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot access customer information. All data collected on the web site is stored on a redundant raid drive system that is backed up on a regular basis.

8. Company/Contact information: Your credit card will be billed as IBS Services, Inc. unless the transaction is billed as otherwise stated (Sometimes third parties are used to process transactions, in which case their name will appear on your billing statement, such as Ikobo or Probilling.)
